Weighbridge · EUDR compliance
OzixSoft Pont-EUDR
The EU deforestation regulation changes the question. Europe no longer asks only what the truck weighs — it asks where every kilo came from. Pont-EUDR answers at the moment of weighing.
Request a quoteThe problem
No proof of origin, no access to the European market.
The EUDR bans importing into the EU any cocoa, coffee, rubber or palm oil grown on deforested land. To keep exporting, you must prove every tonne comes from a known, certified plot. That proof can't be assembled after the fact in a spreadsheet: it is built at the weighbridge, kilo by kilo. That's where Pont-EUDR works.
The plot sets the ceiling
A grower's quota is calculated from their plot: certified area × 500 kg per hectare per month. They can't deliver more than their land yields — the safeguard against cocoa from deforested zones passed off as their own.
Every weighing gets a ruling
At close, the software decides: Compliant, Non-compliant, Quota exceeded, Pending or Rejected. No weighing joins the certified stock without passing this check.
Certified never touches the rest
EUDR storage areas are kept apart from ordinary ones. At weighing, the software routes the goods to the right area: the certified lot stays physically isolated, as traceability requires.
Each grower, their plot
Every grower is tied to their EUDR area and Koltiva code. Provenance doesn't stop at the village: it goes back to the geolocated plot.
From grower to container
Exporter, provenance, destination, carrier, bill of lading, container, CCI agent: each link is captured and tied to the lot. The export file builds itself, weighing after weighing.
One load, several growers
A single truck may carry several growers' harvest. The software splits the weight between them, charges each one's quota, and keeps the trace of every contribution.
